I started this blog to introduce Japanese cultures in English. I am Japanese man. The purpose of this blog is to show various Japanese cultures you can't read on guide book, TV or the other media.
I want to introduce Japanese foods, natures, lifestyle, good place for sight seeing, and so on. More than 75 countries' people all over the world have checked this blog! Thank you so much! Moreover, I sometimes show
a short story I have written on this blog.

Short trip in Tochigi Furumine shrine
I attach the photos.
This moss on the gate is so nice. This is Japanese stylish beauty.
This green tea is real maccha! We rarely drink this kind of green tea.
This maccha is served at the tea ceremony.
Lovely pictures, thanks for the chance to see them! That house with the straw roof surprised me - similar houses can be seen all over Denmark. There is a tradition here to build such houses and still there are new houses build that way. If you type "stråtag" in google image, you'll see how similar those houses look to the one on your picture :)
I checked it. It looks same. That's interesting. In Japan, it is said that this type of house is cool in summer and warm in winter. But we don't build this type of house nowadays.
